Returns & Exchanges

At The Poké Store, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece doesn't fit your style, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
